  3. Déposer le riz dans un grand plat, ajouter le vinaigre de riz et mélanger délicatement. Plus vous l’étalez, plus vite il va refroidir. Le déposer ensuite dans un bol évasé.
  4. Emincer l’avocat, le saumon, la tomate et le concombre en fines lamelles, les déposer harmonieusement avec le râpé de carotte sur le riz.
  5. Saupoudrer de graines de sésame et réserver maximum 30 minutes au réfrigérateur avant de servir.
  6. Servir avec du gingembre mariné et de la sauce soja accompagné de Wasabi.
