- Préchauffez le four à 150*C.
- Écrasez les biscuits et mélangez les avec le beurre. Tapissez le fond du moule et lissez bien.
- Fouettez rapidement le fromage frais et la crème fraîche puis ajoutez le sel, le sucre, les œufs un à un, le sirop d’érable et le sucre vanillé.
- Versez le mélange dans le moule et enfournez environ 35 minutes.
- A la sortie du four, laissez le refroidir. Démoulez le. Mettez au frais pendant au moins 2 heures.
- Pour plus de gourmandise. Saupoudrez de spéculoos.
