- Préparer la pâte en mélangeant la farine, et la levure dans un saladier. Ajouter l'eau doucement en mélangeant. pétrir pour obtenir une pâte homogène. La laisser reposer une dizaine de minutes.
- Dans un gros bol préparer la garniture en mélangeant bien.
- Mettre de la farine sur votre plan de travail. Faire un boudin de pâte et couper des tronçons de 3 cm (2 doigts environ). Bien étaler chaque cercle de pâte (si la pâte est trop épaisse, cela est trop sec en goût).
- Disposez une cuillère de garniture dans chaque cercle au centre de la pâte. Fermer le demi cercle en demi lune / croissant. Bien appuyer pour souder les bords.
- Cuire les momos 15 minutes à la vapeur. Accompagnés les d'une salade et d'une sauce soja.
